Parade Entries:
Parade Line Up: 4:30pm – 5:45pm, lineup will start at Spectacular Finds Furniture Store ( 7840 White Settlement Rd ) and South Side Bank ( 7800 White Settlement Rd), check in with city staff for placement
Parade Start Time: 6:00pm and/or as directed by city staff
You are permitted to play Christmas music on your float and distribute candy
Please be a responsible pet owner. If you have animals walking or riding with your group, you will be expected to have water, shade, and any other necessary accommodations

Parade Route: The parade begins at South Side Bank, traveling on White Settlement Rd and north on S. Las Vegas Trail. West on Clifford. The Parade will end at Veterans Park
Participation in the parade and serving as a vendor are distinct roles. If you are a participant in the parade and would like to also operate as a vendor, we ask that you maintain a clear distinction between the two.
Access to the vendor area will not be permitted from the parade route.
*****If you prefer not to enter the Park at the conclusion of the parade, please inform staff so they can allow you to take a right on Easley without any delay*****


Event Area:
Veterans Park located at 8901 Clifford Street, White Settlement, TX 76108
* Christmas Tree Lighting will take place at Veterans Park following the completion of the parade
**Food vendors, nonfood vendors and activities PETTING ZOO, GAME TRUCK, INFLATABLES, ETC.

The City of White Settlement reserves the right to reject or cancel any entry at any time if it is determined that it detracts from the basic purpose of the parade and the parade spectators. All signage is subject to the approval of the City of White Settlement and its organizers

Non-Food & Activity Vendors:
Vendor Set up: 430pm at Veterans Park in the parking lot next to the Grand Pavilion (8901 Clifford St.)
- PLEASE WAIT FOR CITY STAFF TO GUIDE YOU TO THE DESGINATED SPOT
- Vendors will have a 10x10 space - subject to change
- Tear down/cleanup will be completed by 10:00pm
- If applicable i.e inflatable vendor, petting zoo, etc will need to provide a Certificate of Liability Waiver
- Each vendor will be responsible for cleaning up and removing all trash from their area
Registered vendors will be required to:
- Remain open the entire duration of the event (6pm to 10pm)
- Provide all necessary equipment, food, supplies, labor, lighting tables and related materials to operate their space
- All vehicles must be moved out of the barricaded festival area by 6pm and will not be allowed back until after 10:00pm
-No utilities or water will be provided for vendors
-No alcoholic beverages can be sold out of your booth at anytime
- No political campaigning or disruptive signage
- Vendors must be family-oriented in nature (no tobacco, alcohol, adult entertainment/oriented, etc.)

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY
By participation in the Light the Night Parade of White Settlement, I hereby release, discharge, and hold not liable The City of White Settlement, or any person affiliated with this event, from all claims of damages, demand actions, causes of actions, whatsoever, in part or in entirety, of any matter arising or growing out of, any participation in this event. I hereby agree to this release on my behalf, and on the behalf of the total participants in my group, float, or organization. I have informed them of this waiver of responsibility as though signed by each and every member of the float, group or organization. I also give full permission for use of my name, my group's name, and the photographs of each in connection with this event.
