Note:

**PLEASE NOTE: RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE!**
**MUST HAVE LIABIILTY WAIVER IF BRINGING INFLATABLES/THIRD PARTY ITEMS **
This package includes electricity and water.
Outside inflatables/bounce house are welcomed but MUST provide a liability waiver from the company or will be asked to remove.
We have Inflatables available at an additional fees that can only be used on City property.
Rental request are processed on a first come, first served basis and most are subject to department approval. Please note that department events and programming take precedence in scheduling and some facilities are unavailable for rental beyond normal hours.
You will need a user name and password to access the reservation system.
Full payment is due at time of reservation.

Refund Policy

• Payment in full is required at the time of reservation.
• 50% refund issued for cancellations made 30 -45 days prior to scheduled reservation.
• No refund issued for cancellations made 29 or fewer days prior to scheduled reservation.
• Refunds granted, at our discretion, only for weather conditions deemed severe (e.g. tornado, excessive snow).
• Deposit is refundable after the facility inspection and will be processed 3 days after rental or if on a weekend deposit will be refunded that Monday


Liability

• Rental party must have liability waiver for all 3rd party company i.e bounce house, inflatables, food truck (also must have food handlers), petting zoo and etc PRIOR to rental
• Permit holder is liable for all conduct of rental group. This includes any damage, loss or breakage as a result of this conduct.
